Track- Road course! Road America! 4.1 miles total! 62 laps.
$12,000 to $10,000- Kyle Larson kicks off this range starting 3rd. Elliot though starting 1st I much rather get to. Larson and Elliot are both still viable options. Kyle Busch is starting 13th and normally he is good at this type of course, but the car is not viable for road courses which scares me. Chastain can get the job done here and he loves this type of tracks. Hamlin worries me because of the type of car he has on road tracks.
Favorite- Chastain
$9,999 to $9,000- Truex was slow on this road course in qualifying which makes me want to fade him. Logano is okay at road courses and rather go elsewhere. Blaney can move up starting 19th and can move up to the front. Allmendinger is so all over the place and just hard to trust. Byron is starting 29th and can do okay here. I do like that he is starting farther back and has nice PD upside.
Favorite- Blaney
$8,999 to $8,000- Bell is starting 16th and I don't mind playing here. Kurt Busch is starting towards the back and all over the place at road courses. Reddick starting 4th and he can pick up the pace with his speed. Cindric is starting 5th and super-fast in qualifying so he is on my radar. Briscoe is starting 2nd and good at road courses if he can hold the top spot. Bowman can do alright here starting 8th and has the speed to do well. Harvick at 29th can move up from this spot and a nice option at the bottom end of this range.
Favorite- Reddick
$7,999 to $7,000- Suarez kicking off this range and there are only 3 options here. Suarez can get this job done here and love him starting 17th. Erik Jones did not look well at the past road courses. Aric Almirola is starting 24th is just the odd man out.
Favorite- Suarez
$6,999 to below- Stenhouse is starting 33rd and just okay at road course, I am not a huge fan of him at this price tag. McDowell starting 6th and where he can hold the pace, he is for sure in play. Keselowski worries me at his starting spot of 11th. Wallace starting 25th and not great at road courses at all. Buescher starting 7th and can hang up in the top 10 which he does well at road courses. Austin Dillion starting 20th is in play and can get a top 15 spot. Custer may just stay in the top 15 and at his starting spot of 10 is worrisome. Gilliand starting 32nd and not on my radar at all. Haley has done well here and a nice cheap option for sure. Ty Dillion is starting 30th and was fast in practice, he is in play. Hand is starting 9th and also pretty fast, but not sure if he can hang around the top 10. Lajoe is 35th and all over the place at road courses. Burton is starting 23rd and don't see him staying up in this range.
Favorites- McDowell and Haley
