Track- Sonoma Raceway! Road course! 1.99 miles in length. 110 laps total.
$11,000 to $10,000- Larson is at home and recent winner, he is starting first and he has great upside even though he is first. Elliot can be a nice pivot based on his amazing history and starting second. Kyle Busch is not bad at road courses and like his upside for sure especially Truex with his place differential upside.
Favorites- You can't go wrong with any up top
$9,999 to $9,000- Chastain is super fast and love his upside at this race. The pivot in this range from $10,000 is great in his favor. Hamlin starting 10th is decent at road courses and certainly someone to look at. Blaney is just okay to me and rather go to Hamlin to be honest. Byron is starting 20th and can do okay. but is not my favorite because of practice. Logano is starting 9th and can move up, his price tag makes him rather interesting.
Favorites- Chastain and Logano
$8,999 to $8,000- We have Bell kicking off this range starting 31st and he is bound to move up of course. Allmendinger is starting 16th and he is cheap, he can do well here and like his upside. Briscoe is good at road courses and in play. Reddick is starting 5th, but can he hang on where he is? Cindric is just okay to me and can move up from 25th. Kurt Busch is starting 11th and looked great at practice, I like his upside here and does well on road courses. Harvick scares me at his starting spot, but the price tag looks great.
Favorites- Bell and Allmendinger and Kurt
$7,999 to $7,000- Bowman is starting in this range at 19th and did not look good at practice to be honest. Suarez is at 8th and that worries me about him staying in the top 10. Jones is starting 33rd and it is hard to not love him because of how good he does at road courses. Almirola at 21st does not interest me at all. Mcdowell and Custer are not on my radar at all at their starting spots.
Favorites- Jones
$6,999 to below- Austin Dillion is starting at 13th and not interested in him at his starting spot. Stenhouse is starting 32nd and that does look nice, but he is just okay at road courses. Brad K at 22nd can move up and just a decent option in this range. Wallace at 27th and not really a option to me. Haley is an okay option but again not my favorite. Buescher starting 3rd scares me to death. Hand is starting 17th and don't see him moving up at all. Ty Dillion starting 34th and was slow in practice. Burton is starting 26th and can move up a little bit. Heckert is filling in for BJ and not really a option to me in his car. Lajoe is starting 30th and a option to me who can move up. Gilliand looked slow in practice. Ware is just not in a passing car and not on him.
Favorties- Lajoe
