NFL Christmas DraftKings Slate Breakdown!

Thursday Football! We have a nice three game slate on our hands! Happy holidays and hope everyone has a nice Christmas!

Dallas Cowboys at Washington Commanders

• The Cowboys are 6.5-point favorites

• The over/under is coming in at 50.5 points.

Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers

• The Lions are 6-point favorites

• The over/under is coming in at 44.5 points.

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs

• The Broncos are 12-point favorites

• The over/under is coming in at 36.5 points.

 Quarterback Breakdown

The quarterback spot is interesting with the injuries that have occurred. Dak Prescott is the highest-priced option, and I certainly love him on this DraftKings slate. Jared Goff is in a tough spot against the Minnesota Vikings. Bo Nix is an okay option to be different on the slate. JJ McCarthy is out coming into this game. Max Brosmer is in line to start and is a value even though we seen this story before. I am staying far away from Chris Oladokun on this slate. We could see Josh Johnson once again for the Commanders.

Running Back Breakdown

The running back position is featured by Jahmyr Gibbs. The receptions can certainly make him a great option. RJ Harvey looked great last week in the receptions aspect, but he is hard to trust. On the Cowboys, Javonte Williams is a great option who could find the end zone once or twice. The DraftKings price tag is nice on him. Aaron Jones is the lead back and in play with Jordan Mason out. Chris Rodriguez paid off his DraftKings price tag late in the game last week. Jacory Croskey-Merritt found the end zone last week, but it's hard to determine who is the lead back. David Montgomery is a cheap price tag, and it is a risk always playing him due to playing time, but he is a great value. I am not on the Chief's running backs.

Wide Receiver Breakdown

On the Wide Receivers, starting with the Cowboys. CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens are your top options. You can't go wrong with either one on this slate. Kavonte Turpin is worthy of a dart throw, that is, seeing a nice amount of snaps. On the Commanders, Terry McLaurin is seeing a nice amount of targets and would be the sole option I like on the Commanders due to the quarterback play. On the Lions, Amon-Ra St. Brown is going to be a scary fade for me on this slate based on the matchup and options around him on DraftKings. Jameson Williams is certainly a boom-or-bust option, which I am leaning towards being a bust...hopefully. I don't want to mess with Isaac TeSlaa, even though he is only catching touchdowns. On the Vikings, Justin Jefferson's price is insane on DraftKings, and I am going to keep playing him because of it, despite the quarterback options. Jordan Addison is similar to Jameson Williams, and he is the boom option I want in my lineup. Jalen Nailor could see a couple of receptions. On the Chiefs, Rashee Rice is now out. Xavier Worthy and Hollywood Brown are the playmakers I like that are cheap; they will be in the player pool. On the Broncos, Courtland Sutton has been on fire, and I like him as a contrarian option. Pat Byrant is out on this slate. Troy Franklin is in the player pool as well and that opens up Marvin Mims that could pop off.

Tight End Breakdown

Travis Kelce features the tight end spot, and he could be a security blanket. Jake Ferguson is in a great spot on this slate despite the recent weeks. Evan Engram is a fade for me, and I'd rather go to the Broncos receivers. I am not on the Commander's tight ends at all. Josh Oliver could be an end zone merchant if you want a dart throw with TJ Hockenson out. Shane Zylstra is very cheap and saw five targets last week.
