49ers Breakdown

The 49ers are the favorites coming into this game and look to extend their 4-game winning streak. We are starting with Brock Purdy. He will certainly attempt to spread out the ball in this matchup. At the running back spot, Christian McCaffrey is the boom or bust option at such a high price tag. He can get you there solely based on his raw point production alone. The backup running backs I am fading on this slate. At the wide receiver position, Jauan Jennings has been as consistent as he can be in recent weeks. With Ricky Pearsall out, this will lead to Jauan Jennings being the number one receiver. The beneficiary will be Kendrick Bourne, who should see his snaps increase with Ricky Pearsall out. I do like him as a value piece in our DraftKings lineups. Demarcus Robinson could see a target or two, but not a great value. At the tight end spot, George Kittle is my favorite option on the slate as a pass catcher in an excellent spot.

Colts Breakdown

The Colts are looking for a win coming off four losses in a row. Phillip Rivers is looking to earn a win, and could this be a spot for him to do it? The price tag on DraftKings makes Phillip Rivers intriguing. At the running back spot, Jonathan Taylor is looking to break a hundred yards again, and this matchup can certainly bode well for him. Ameer Abdullah was the backup last game and seemed to be Phillip Rivers' favorite check-down target, which could lead to an increase in value. At the wide receiver position, the targets were spread out last week. I am leaning toward Michael Pittman, who is slightly more expensive than Alec Pierce. The third receiver is Josh Downs, who has been hard to trust in recent weeks. At the tight end position, Tyler Warren is the interesting option that could break the slate if he could exploit this 49ers defense.
