Quarterback Breakdown

At the quarterback spot, Baker Mayfield is the guy here, going against a vulnerable Detroit Lions defense. On the opposite side, though, we have Jared Goff in a dome at home. That recipe is written for success, especially against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Those will be my two guys, but remember, they will be the highest-owned options. Sam Darnold has had an underrated season so far and has a massive target on the field for him. CJ Stroud is coming off a great game against the Baltimore Ravens, but I don't trust him.

Running Back Breakdown

At the running back spot, we have the versatile back in Jahmyr Gibbs. He is taking command of the back field and is a hard option not to play in all your lineups in an amazing game environment. Next up in DraftKings pricing is Rachaad White. It should be noted that Bucky Irving is out, and this opens up Rachaad White to have another huge role. The touchdowns are coming his way, and no one is stepping into his role. Kenneth Walker isn't having a great season by any means, and he is losing this backfield each game. I have a weird feeling that he will have a massive game one of these weeks, but I don't think this is the week for him. David Montgomery is priced right next to him, and he is a super boom or bust option due to the touchdown potential. I am going to skip over the Houston Texans running backs and talk about Zach Charbonnet. The pass-catching ability is there for him, even though it hasn't been utilized as much. He is picking up steam with increased snaps. Onto the Houston Texans, Nick Chubb and Woody Marks. Every week, it is a guessing game, and the snaps are super close. I am taking my chance on Woody Marks to be different on the slate.

Wide Receiver Breakdown

Time to break down the wide receivers team by team. On the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, we have injury upon injury. Emeka Egbuka has taken over the season by storm. I am expecting him to play, and he is a phenomenal option. Mike Evans hasn't played since Week Three, and if he is in, I expect him to be on a pitch count. It should be noted that Chris Godwin is out. Sterling Sheppard is a solid option as a value. Tez Johnson is taking advantage of the injuries on the team and has seen an increase in snaps. The floor option is Sterling Sheppard, but the ceiling option is Tez Johnson. Don't count out Kameron Johnson, who had an explosive game last game despite not seeing snaps all season. On the Detroit Lions, the snap count is simple for the wide receivers. Amon-Ra St Brown is a great option in your Jared Goff stacks, of course. Jameson Williams is the deep ball threat and had a great game last week, finally. The time was coming, even though he was having a quiet season. The wide receiver three is now Isaac TesSlaa, and if he catches a ball, it will be a touchdown, but he needs a catch to hit value. Kalif Raymond saw zero snaps last week despite being healthy. On the Houston Texans, Nico Collins is going to be the odd man out as the top receivers and an option to be different. Christian Kirk is out for this week, which opens up a lot. Xavier Hutchinson, Jaylin Noel, and Jayden Higgins will pick up the snaps. I want one of them in every single lineup on DraftKings, and amazingly cheap. One of them will have a blow-up game and virtually the same play. On the Seattle Seahawks, the man who might be a lock is Jaxson Smith-Njigba. The yardage speaks for itself. I love him as a pay-up option on the slate. Cooper Kupp has been super up and down this season. He is a fill-in option if you are in that price range and need a last man in. Tory Horton is a special team scoring option.

Tight End Breakdown

The tight end spot is not a bad slate for them. Sam LaPorta is coming off two great games, and the upside is certainly there. He is certainly one of my favorite options. Cade Otton is only in play if there are guys out on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Dalton Schultz may be the odd man out on this slate due to pricing. AJ Barner is seeing great usage in the offense over Elijah Arroyo. It should be noted that AJ Barner is way too cheap for what he can do.
