NFL Preseason 8/22/22 DK DFS Slate

Single game slate tonight and I am excited about it! Time to dig in!

Falcons

Starting with the quarterback position on the Falcons, Mariota is going to see a series or two that makes him a dart throw in GPPs. The main option I am looking at in all formats is Ridder who can rush for yards all day. I am staying away from Franks on this team as Ridder is my go-to option. Running back is interesting to look at, I don't mind Ollison in the backfield who saw decent carries. We won't see Patterson and Damien Williams. Allegeir saw only three carries but is simply a dart throw. Huntley saw a good amount of carries in 8 carries total which is okay to me. On the receiver spot, London and Edwards are both questionable which I don't expect to play. This is where things get interesting with veterans on the team. Hodge saw a good amount of looks which is someone I like. Tate saw a good amount of snaps which makes me like him somewhat. At the tight end spot, no one particular stands out. The defense though is something I want in all formats against a bad Jets offense.

Jets

This team is nasty but we have football! At the quarterback spot, Zach Wilson is of course dealing with an injury so that leaves us three other options. Flacco is the starter of the team and doesn't expect him to see run at all. Now we have White and Streveler left to pick from. Between the two, Streveler looked like the much better player between the two players in limited action. In the running back position, Hall and Carter saw limited snaps which I am fading both. Coleman is a veteran in the game that saw a couple of carries but nothing explosive. Perine saw 10 carries and he is the main target I am wanting in this position. Receiver-wise, the targets were so spread out on this team that it is hard to predict. Smith saw the most yards last game and Mims saw a decent amount of snaps. The tight end spot is a full fade for me along with the defense.
