Football is here, and I am beyond excited! Cowboy Nation, stand up! September 4th, 2025, game time!
The Eagles are 7.5-point favorites while the over/under is 47.5 points.
Cowboys Breakdown
Starting up top, CeeDee Lamb is priced as a stud, which is well earned for him. How will George Pickens affect his usage? Speaking of George Pickens, he is a contrarian option priced next to DeVonta Smith. Dak Prescott is hard to trust in this new look offense. The running back is a mess that will be a wait-and-see approach for me, especially against the Eagles' defense. Javonte Williams is the running back one-headed into this game and is priced right in the mid-range. Miles Sanders is slightly priced under him as the running back two. Javonte Williams is supposed to get the bulk of the workload. To circle back to wide receiver on the depth chart is Jalen Tolbert. The downfield threat saw glimpses last year. I am liking Kavonte Turpin as a cheap option on the team due to the speed he brings to the table on special teams as well. The tight end spot features Jake Ferguson, who is a touchdown-or-bust option. If Luke Schoonmaker can't suit up for this game as the tight end number two, Brevyn Spann-Ford will be a great option at the bare minimum price on DraftKings. Brandon Aubrey at the kicker position is a nice option, as we know how well he can boot it! I am staying away from the Cowboys' defense.

Eagles Breakdown
Onto the Eagles, Saquon Barkley is, of course, a great option. What happens in the red zone, though? Jalen Hurts tush push? Saquon Barkley is still a must-have in your lineups against a poor rushing defense of the Cowboys. Speaking of Jalen Hurts, his rushing ability makes him a great option as well. AJ Brown is an interesting option due to his price being next to CeeDee Lamb. I might pivot down to DeVonta Smith as the cheaper option as the number two receiver. Dallas Goedert is a boom-or-bust option. After the number one options at each position, this is where it gets really interesting and fun. At running back, Will Shipley is cheap on DraftKings and is the number two running back ahead of a more expensive running back three in AJ Dillon. I like taking my chances on Will Shipley as a value. At the wide receiver spot after AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith, it comes with some question marks. Jahan Dotson has never made his mark on the Eagles offense. John Metchie is the new toy in the offense of the Eagles. We know he can be a downfield threat. Jake Elliott at the kicker position can help the offense as a long-range threat. The Eagles' defense is in play.
