Thursday Night Football! Time to dig in! Week 5 is here!
San Francisco 49ers at the Los Angeles Rams
The Rams are 4.5-point favorites
The over/under is coming in at 47 points.

49ers Breakdown
The 49ers are coming off a loss, and Brock Purdy is out. This leaves Mac Jones now starting for the team. The price tag is not helpful for him on the slate. At the running back spot, Christian McCaffrey is the lead back and putting the team on his shoulders. Of course, he is a great option as captain on DraftKings. Brian Robinson is the backup to Christian McCaffrey, and his price tag is way too overpriced for me. The wide receivers are banged up on this team. Jaun Jennings led the team in snaps last week and is out. Ricky Pearsall is also out which opens up the slate. Kendrick Bourne is playing a ton of snaps as well and is very cheap compared to Demarcus Robinson, who is slowly ramping back up in the mix. I expect them two to see the bulk of snaps and going to have to step. Sky Moore is fairly cheap as well but what upside does he bring? Well he needs a catch to hit value. At the tight end spot, Jake Tonges and Luke Farrell are splitting the snaps. It was a breakout game last week for Jake Tonges, and he will be owned due to that in this game. He will have to pick up some slack due to the receiver position being banged up.

Rams Breakdown
The Rams are coming off a great win against the Colts and looking to keep the momentum here. Matthew Stafford is my preferred quarterback option over Mac Jones. At the running back spot, Kyren Williams is the lead back and coming in at a hefty price tag. The receiving aspect has helped him earn DraftKings points. Blake Corum has seen consistent snaps and is at a slightly overpriced tag. At the wide receiver position, Puka Nacua has put up amazing numbers this season, and he is more than deserving of the captain spot. He is coming off three games of over a hundred yards. Davante Adams appeared to have turned back the clock, and I am loving him in the flex position. Jordan Whittington has seen a great amount of snaps and is way too cheap on DraftKings. I am liking Jordan Whittington over Tutu Atwell. At the tight end spot, Tyler Higbee has been disappearing this season. He is doubtful now. Davis Allen and Colby Parkinson are splitting snaps as the backup tight end. Will we see Terrance Ferguson step up? He would be a great value play but Colby Parkinson is a amazing price tag too.
