Philadelphia Eagles at the New York Giants

Eagles Breakdown

The Eagles are coming off a loss and looking for a huge bounce-back win. This should be a clear-cut win for the Eagles. Starting with Jalen Hurts on the slate, the tush push is an asset to the DraftKings value. The passing attack has been up and down, but his rushing ability is through the roof. At the running back spot, Saquon Barkley has had an interesting season to say the least. This is a short week, and he is banged up. The production will be key for this slate for him on DraftKings. You have to make choices on this slate as pay-up options, and I am liking Jalen Hurts slightly more. Don't forget about the revenge narrative for Saquon Barkley! Will Shipley, Tank Bigsby, and AJ Dillon wrap up the rest of the snaps in a limited way. I like Will Shipley above the other two if you think Saquon Barkley is injured. At the wide receiver spot, AJ Brown has been all over the place this season. The trade rumor wheel is swirling, and so is AJ Brown's production. The DraftKings price tag is right next to Devonta Smith, which makes things complicated. Last week, Devonta Smith had a big game against the Broncos. Which one of the receivers will have the breakout game? I am leaning on AJ Brown to bounce back here against the poor passing defense. To wrap up the snaps, Jahan Dotson has been irrelevant this season, and John Methcie is lined up for possibly one catch. At the tight end spot, Dallas Goedert has been great this season, and I am leaning over to the wide outs compared to Dallas Goedert in hopes that he has a down game. Grant Calcaterra is banged up and is questionable, which could open up Kylen Granson at a great DraftKings price tag. UPDATE Calcaterra is out! Granson is bumped up. The Eagles' defense is certainly in play.

Giants Breakdown

The Giants are coming off a bad loss against the Saints, and this week doesn't get much better for the team. Jaxson Dart appears to be okay for this game. I expect the team to be down, and Jaxson Dart will have to pass despite his rushing ability. You can run him as the sole Giant in your DraftKings lineups. At the running back spot, we are thrown into a loop with Tyrone Tracy Jr playing in this game. His snap count maybe limited. Cam Skattebo has been an animal on the field and has looked great. The price tag is a hefty one, and he is a viable captain to be different even if they are down on the scoreboard. That also depends on whether Tyrone Tracy is out for this game. At the wide receiver spot, Wan'Dale Robinson is the number one guy and has to step up. Darius Slayton is banged up and is out. I am liking Wan'Dale slightly more due to him being consistent. Jalin Hyatt has been an all-time bust and has yet to pop this season. Beaux Collins wraps up the rest of the snaps, but his DraftKings price tag doesn't help anything. One of them will have to fill in the role of Darius Slayton. At the tight end spot, Theo Johnson went off, but I don't trust that production at all. Daniel Bellinger is the tight end two, and the DraftKings price tag could work for our lineups. I am fading the Giants' defense.
