PGA Rocket Mortgage Betting Breakdown!

This week should be full of fun and full or birdies as we take on the Rocket Mortgage Classic this week. I’m very excited about this week as we have a lot of possibilities for who can take home the win. Finau took a win last week which I unfortunately didn’t have on my card but we hit plenty of other bets to make up for it! Let’s dive in to this weeks Rocket Mortgage betting leans!

Out-rights

Cam Young 18/1: Young will be on everyone’s card this week as his recent play and the way he fits this course cannot be ignored. Normally I’d jump off chalky bets but Young isn’t one that I want to lose out on. At the Open Championship, Cam Smith was a very popular pick as well which gives me hope that the chalky bet can hit. Young just needs to hit his wedges decently well to contend and capture the win on Sunday.

Webb Simpson 50/1: Let’s be honest, Webb has gone through a tough stretch this season. But if there’s any time to jump on the Webb train it is now. Leading up to the Wyndham Championship next week, Webb will be looking to smooth out his game and put out a good performance this week. He’s a very risky play and I’d bet light, but Webb has the talent with his wedges and putter to contend and win if he puts it all together.

Wyndham Clark 100/1: Clark is a great fit to the course this week. He bombs it off the tee and is great in the birdie or better category. His recent form gets me very excited to get Clark at this high of a number as there’s not too much strength of talent in this field outside of a select few. This is an awesome number to get Clark at this week.

Hayden Buckley 200/1: Ok, Hayden Buckley has been getting consistently better over the course of recent events as his ball striking has been great. After a Top 30 last week at the 3M Open, we’re starting to see a guy getting comfortable on the PGA Tour. This number is just way too high to not take a shot at Buckley with his recent improvements in his game and the results he’s put up. Longshot baby!
