Farid Basharat VS Da'Mon Blackshear
The first fight of the night! Blackshear and Basharat are two super underrated fighters. Farid has great boxing skills and pinpoint striking. Blackshear has explosive striking and good on the ground also. Farid is the better fighter overall by a hair and I like his upside slightly more.
Jessica Penne VS Tabatha Ricci
Penne is getting up there in age and coming off a loss 7 months ago. Ricci is coming off of two decison wins. Ricci has looked good on the feet and quick paced. Ricci I think can handle this fight with ease and have no issues in her prime.
Mana Martinez VS Cameron Saaiman
Saaiman is a young South African who is building up his game and looking fatnastic. Saaiman is a quick fighter and has power behind his punches. Mana is coming off a win but he has a awful chin. Saaiman can come in throwing bombs and that is what I want from him. I am loving Saaiman in this fight.
Ian Machado Garry VS Kenan Song
Garry is a highly touted prospect and the striking is phenomal. Garry is coming off a three fight win streak. Garry is going to want to keep this fight on the feet because of Song coming off a knockout loss. Garry will look for the knockout punch and I don't see him having any issues finding it.
Julian Marquez VS Marc-André Barriault
This fight is for sure close on the betting odds and both fighters are looking for a win coming off losses. Marquez is going to look for a finish and can come back in any fight. Barriault has low level wins and this is a step up fight for him. I am liking Marquez to get back into the win column in this fight. This is a close fight though and could see Barriault winning this in a finish.
Viviane Araujo VS Amanda Ribas
The Brazilian fight! Both of these fighters are highly touted fighters. Ribas is a amazing grappling fighter and has a ground game for days. Viviane is a decent striker on the feet. I do think Ribas can get the job though and work the ground game heavily in her favor. I am loving Ribas in this fight.
Derek Brunson VS Dricus Du Plessis
Blonde Brunson is back! Plessis is a guy who is the younger and has extreme power his punches. Brunson has good wins and is close to the age of 40 now though. Plessis has good submission slills though also overall. Plessis can get the better of Brunson in all formats to be honest.
Cody Garbrandt VS Trevin Jones
Cody No Love is back! Jones is stepping in for Arce in this fight. Jones has knockout power and can tee off on anyone. Cody is the better fighter but the chin is what worries me so much. Jones I think if he stays patient I think can get the best of Cody. I am liking the dog by a hair in Jones.
Mateusz Gamrot VS Jalin Turner
Gamrot has been a interesting fighter so far in the UFC. Turner has been on fire and racking up wins one by one. This is a massive step up though for Turner. Gamrot has great grappling and takedown defense. Gamrot is going to shoot for the takedowns while Turner will want to keep this a striking fight. I am liking Gamrot by a hair.
Geoff Neal VS Shavkat Rakhmonov
This is a interesting fight. Rakhmonov is a name that is trending up quickly. Neal is coming off of two wins while Rakhmonov is making waves. Neal has good hands and power but Rakhmonov is a different beast. I am liking Rakhmonov to continue making a name for himself.
Jamie Pickett VS Bo Nickal
The name everyone can't stop talking about in Bo Nickal is here! Nickal is a amazing wrestler and a highly touted fighter. Pickett is a striker and will try to keep this on the feet. Nickal should have no issues here and win this with ease, plain and simple. The hype is there and worth it.
Valentina Shevchenko VS Alexa Grasso
The co-main event! Shevchenko is a fighter who is debated as the best womens fighter ever. Shevchenko only downfall is the takedown defense but everything else is amazing. Shevchenko has striking for days and so powerful. Grasso is not ready for this fight and has looked good, but his fight is way different. Shevchenko is my pick easily.
Jon Jones VS Ciryl Gane
The main event! The long awaited return of the bad boy in Jon Jones. The bump up in classes for Jones is interesting to me. The last fight Jones had was in early 2020. Gane has only loss to Ngannou where he made a mental error. Gane is a highly touted figther who I think bounced back last fight against Tuivasa. Jones has great wrestling and I think shooting for the takedown is no problem for Jones. Gane will want to keep this a striking fight. I am loving Jones here but I can't wait for this fight.
