Veronica Hardy vs Juliana Miller
The first fight of the night! Veronica is nasty on the feet and has decent grappling. The takedown defense is what worries me. Miller has excellent grappling and will shoot for takedowns. Miller won The Ultimate Fighter where she showcased those skills involving grappling. Veronica is experienced now and took time off when she could've worked on the aspects of her game. I trust Miller though who I think can earn the submission win.
Jai Herbert vs Ludovit Klein
The second fight of the night! Herbert will push the pace against Klein and always wants a finish in his fight. I don't mind the hand's of Herbert but he has a glass chin. Klein would be to swing for days. Klein can find the finish on the feet tagging him.
Joanna Wood vs Luana Carolina
Women's flyweight fight! Wood has not looked great recently. The veteran has decent wins on her record and has fought high-level fighters. This is a step up In competition for Carolina. Wood needs a win badly and I think this is her bounce-back fight.
Jake Hadley vs Jarred Gordon
Hadley is coming off his first UFC victory after losing in his debut. Hadley has great hands and looks good overall. Hadley has all the tools to win this fight. Gordon has decent hands but nothing from him stands out in this fight. Give me Hadley in all formats.
Christian Leroy Duncan vs Dusko Todorovic
Duncan is making his way to the UFC but has knocked out many fighters in lower-level competition. The striking of Duncan is no joke and that is his path to victory. Dusko has zero striking defense and can be tagged by Duncan. Dusko on the other side has grappling skills to help his case. Duncan I believe will knock out Dusko.
Muhammad Mokaev vs Jafael Filho
Filho is coming from DWCS and can certainly bring the heat. Filho has good wins on his record and more fights compared to Mokaev. Filho can come at Mokaev in all directions on the feet or ground. Mokaev has talent and can try to out-grapple Filho. I like Filho slightly more in this fight.
Lerone Murphy vs Gabriel Santos
Santos is making his UFC debut coming from LFA where he was a champ. Murphy has boxing skills and good takedown defense. It has been a year though before Murphy has fought. Santos is going to have to watch for the striking from Murphy can certainly pop Santos. I like Murphy here who can handle this fight.
Sam Patterson vs Yanal Ashmoz
Patterson is making his UFC debut coming from DWCS. Ashmoz is fighting out of PFL and is ready to make his UFC debut. Patterson is a fighter who has the physical attributes to work other fighters in the cage. I am really liking Patterson handling business in this fight. Ashmoz
has a lot to learn before coming into a UFC cage.
Chris Duncan vs Omar Morales
Duncan is coming off a massive knockout win from DWCS. Duncan was a force to be reckoned with. Morales is getting up in age now and coming off a knockout loss. The chin of Morales worries me as he is coming up in age. This is going to be a battle on the feet. Duncan is making his UFC debut and is ready to prove why he can earn a finish.
Jack Shore VS Makwan Amirkhani
Shore is ready to come in wanting a win badly and has great wins on his record. The grappling has stayed hot though for Shore. Makwan worries me in the grappling defense aspect. I am loving Shore to get the job done here.
Marvin Vettori VS Roman Dolidze
Roman has been on a tear knocking fighters left and right, so far on a 4 fight win streak. Vettori has certainly been up and down. Vettori is coming off a loss and needs a win. The wrestling and cardio are great for Vettori. Roman can hang on the feet and also grapple which is underrated. This fight is close and I like Roman who can clip Vettori.
Jennifer Maia VS Casey O'Neill
This fight is for sure interesting. Maia is the more experienced fighter and the striking has looked good. Wrestling though is the weapon of Maia. Casey has decent striking and can hang on the feet at times. I am liking Maia who can pop Casey and have a field day on the striking aspect.
Gunnar Nelson VS Bryan Barberena
Nelson is not an active fighter at all and it has been over a year since Nelson has fought. Gunnar can be faster on the feet compared to Bryan. On the opposite side, Bryan will need to rise to the top trying to handle business. Nelson can win this fight on the ground where he can out grapple Bryan all day.
Justin Gaethje VS Rafael Fiziev
The CO-Main Event! Gaethje is an excellent striker and has had boxing skills for days. Fiziev is a monster striker on the opposite side. Fiziev I think can hurt Gaethje after Gaethje shows zero defense. I don't think Fiziev has problems in this fight.
Leon Edwards VS Kamaru Usman
The Main Event! The rematch! Edwards if we look at the last time they fought, Edwards was able to get Usman to the ground. Usman has never been knocked out before like Edwards knocked him out last fight. Edwards is going to have to knock out Usman again to win this fight. Usman can come into this fight wanting revenge badly. The revenge narrative of Usman is what I like in this fight.
