Sam Hughes VS Jaqueline Amorim
Amorim is leaving her PFL belt and making her UFC debut. Amorim is a great wrestler and on the ground she is fantastic. Hughes is coming off a loss and has horrible takedown defense. Amorim should be able to take Hughes down at will.
Gerald Meerschaert VS Joseph Pyfer
GM3 is here! Gerald is coming off a submission win while Pyfer earned a win last fight in his UFC debut. Gerald is a veteran in the game and a submission machine. Gerald looked great last fight and the striking is coming all together for him as he comes up in age. Pyfer is trying to find his groove in the UFC. I am loving Gerald who is in his prime ready to win this fight.
Kelvin Gastelum VS Chris Curtis
This fight has banger written all over it. Curtis is coming off a knockout win while Gastelum is needing a win badly coming off of two losses. Curtis has many knockout wins and he nice on the feet. The last fight was little over a year ago when Gastelum fought. Gastelum is a decent wrestler but likes fighting on the feet where Curtis can take advantage of Gastelum. I am liking Curtis to find his power and earn a knockout win.
Steve Garcia VS Shayilan Nuerdanbieke
This featherweight fight is featuring both fighters coming off knockout wins. Garcia was a underdog last fight and Garcia came out swinging. Garcia's record though has okay wins compared to Shayilan. The last fight for Shayilan was interesting against Minner. I like Shayilan by a hair in this fight.
Michelle Waterson VS Luana Pinheiro
Pinheiro is on a two fight winning streak coming off a win on DWCS. Waterson has been a legend in the game fighting excellent fighters despite her losses. Waterson is also coming up in age. Pinherio can finish a fight and has cardio for days. I am liking Pinheiro to use her youth to win this fight.
Cynthia Calvillo VS Lupita Godinez
Calvillo is dropping down in weight and is needing a win badly coming off 4 losses in a row despite fighting high caliber fighters. Lupita has so far had a up and down UFC stint. Calvillo will physically be the better fighter in the cage. I like Calvillo to get the job done.
Main Card!
Kevin Holland VS Santiago Ponzinibbio
Holland is coming off two losses and the matchup doesn't get any better for him. Ponzinibbio is coming off a win and a resurgence in his career. Holland if he is going to win is going to need to knock down Ponzinibbio. I am liking Ponzinibbio to handle business in this fight.
Raul Rosas Jr. VS Christian Rodriguez
The young stud who is becoming a star in the UFC in Rosas. Rodriguez is coming off a submission win while Rosas is coming off a submission win also in his UFC debut. Rosas pushes the pace in his fights and is quick on the feet. Rodriguez is 7 years older than Rosas but Rodriguez is good on the ground also. I am liking Raul to push the pace again and win this fight.
Rob Font VS Adrian Yanez
Yanez is the hometown man for me and has massive power with his hands. This is the biggest fight for Yanez in his career. Yanez is coming off a knockout win last fight. Font has fought the better fighters despite coming off of two losses. Yanez is a great boxer on the feet. Yanez will bring the fight and I am liking him winning coming off of those two losses when Yanez will bring the heat.
Gilbert Burns VS Jorge Masvidal
It has been a year since Jorge has fought and he is back ready to go. Burns is coming off a great submission win against Magny. Both of these fighters are similar in age while Burns seems to be in his prime. Masvidal didn't look great last fight against Covington and we will see how he looks. I am liking Burns here who I think has the avenues to win.
Alex Pereira VS Israel Adesanya
We have the rematch from 4 months ago where Pereira handled business against Israel via knockout. Pereira is putting his game all together and looked great last fight. This fight will go back and forth in the cage. Pereira though I think is ready again for this fight training more. I am liking Pereira in this fight once again.
