Vicente Luque VS Belal Muhammad- The Rematch Main Event! Belal has made waves after the rematch but this is still a tough fight for him. Luque should be able to handle this fight once again with his striking. The grappling is great for Luque also. Give me Luque to BULLY Belal.
Caio Borralho VS Gadzhi Omargadzhiev- The CO-Main Event! Both fighters are coming off of wins making their UFC debut from DWCS. Caio has fought twice on DWCS and trying to make a name for himself. Gadzhi is a grappler and gets in the face of other fighters. The grappling is the dangerous point of GadzhI for sure. Caio is a boxer and has decent defense. This is a close fight but I am taking Omar.
Andre Fialho VS Miguel Baeza- Good fight. Fialho has massive knockout power from the past fights outside of the UFC. He has excellent striking and can get a knockout win, but coming off his UFC debut loss. Baeza is a great fighter and tough competition for Fialho. Baeza is a striker and no pushover. Baeza needs this win coming off of two losses. Baeza is motivated now and carries his heart out. I am taking Baeza to earn this win.
Mayra Bueno Silva VS Yanan Wu- Interesting fight. Wu is coming of two losses and trying to get use to the UFC game. Wu has good striking and somewhat of submission skills. Silva is the much better fighter here and coming off a tough loss. Silva has powerful striking and she has massive power. The submission skill is no pushover for Silva. I am taking Silva in this fight.
Pat Sabatini VS T.J. Laramie- Not a bad fight. Laramie is coming off a horrible loss where he lost in the submission game. This fight worries me for Laramie. Sabatini has amazing grappling skills and that is where he can handle Laramie. I don’t see how Laramie can combat the grappling from Pat.
Mounir Lazzez VS Ange Loosa- Good fight. Loosa is a striker and that is his main ability. Lazzez is the better striker to me based on his calf or leg kicks especially with his reach. Loosa is coming off a recent fight but he is physically ready any fighter. Lazzez is still ready for this fight. This is a good short notice fight that will be all out striking. I do like Lazzez more so in this fight based on his recent UFC fights.
Devin Clark VS William Knight- Heavy hitter fight. Heavyweight spot! Both fighters are coming off losses. Knight is not a wrestler which worries me with Clark. Clark is a wrestler despite the flaw on the striking. I think Clark can get Knight on the mat and work through it. Knight’s only path of victory is to use his power to clip Clark. This is a close fight but I am going with Clark based on Knight’s recent form.
Lina Länsberg VS Pannie Kianzad- Interesting fight. Lansberg is coming off of two year layoff and 40 years old which worries me. Pannie is a great striker coming off a good loss. Pannie I don’t see should have any problems in this fight being ready to go in the game. Give me Pannie to roll through Lina.
Drakkar Klose VS Brandon Jenkins- Underrated fight. Jenkins is coming off a loss but is talented fighter. Klose looked good in a loss against Dariush. Jenkins has the reach advantge but I don’t trust his striking at all. Klose should go out there and leg kick Jenkins to a win.
Rafa García VS Jesse Ronson- Good fight. Garcia is interesting to me in his fights and kind of all over the place. He’s coming off a win, but the cardio worries me later on in fights. Ronson is coming off a no contest where he took steroids before last fight. He’s coming off a year suspension. Ronson coming in this fight will be interesting on how he fights now. Ronson has a ton of experience and tough losses against top fighters. I’m going with Ronson though who is ready for this fight in my opinion.
Chris Barnett VS Martin Buday- Big boys fight! Buday is coming off a huge victory from DWCS. Buday brings the pressure in the cage. Barnett is a heavier fighter who has a good style game. Barnett can land a couple hooks against Buday, but the chin is great for Buday. I think Buday can handle this fight and out power Barnett.
Trey Ogden VS Jordan Leavitt- What a fight. Ogden is coming from Glory combat where his grappling is amazing. Leavitt though is good on the mat despite his striking lack of ability. I love Ogden more so on the mat especially with his grappling defense. I am taking Ogden here to win this fight.
Sam Hughes VS Istela Nunes- Not a bad overall fight. Nunes has a bad but tough debut. Nunes is a striker and has knockout power with her hands. Hughes has been on a tougher losing skid though. Hughes on a three fight losing streak. Hughes worries me on his defense despite her striking ability. Nunes should easily work her way through this fight with her wrestling to win this matchup. I don’t see how Nunes loses this fight.
Heili Alateng VS Kevin Croom- First fight of the night! Croom has been inconsistent in the UFC for his potential. He is making his debut in the bantam weight class, the weight cut is interesting. Alateng is a wrestler and has looked good in the UFC so far. Alateng is working on his striking and like the style he brings to the table. Croom is a striker, but I like the upside of Alateng based on his UFC recent form.
