UFC Fight Night Daukaus vs Blaydes

Curtis Blaydes VS Chris Daukaus- The Main Event! Daukaus is coming off a big loss while Blaydes is coming off a win. Daukaus is wanting to stay active in the game while coming off a knockout loss to Lewis. Blaydes is a excellent wrestling background and can work the ground/pound. The mentally game is my only worry in this fight. I do like the power coming from Daukaus and has excellent boxing, that is his path to victory in order to clip Blaydes. In order for Blaydes to win, he will have to work the wrestling and has the game to win.

Joanne Wood VS Alexa Grasso- The CO-Main Event! Wood is coming off of two loses and with the name change haha. Wood has been inconsistent in the fight game overall. Wood is a decent striking and has good grappling game. Grasso is overall a good fighter with all around skills. She is on a two fight win streak. I am loving Grasso to take over this matchup and don't see her at a disadvantage anytime in this fight.

Askar Askarov VS Kai Kara-France- Great fight. Both flyweight fighters are coming off big wins. France is a fighter that is on the rise and coming off a huge career victory. His two recent loses are big names. This is a huge step up in competition. Askarov is a excellent fighter in the striking aspect and the wrestling is amazing. Askarov can win in any part of the game. I don't think France can hang with Askarov in this fight.

Matt Brown VS Bryan Barberena- What a fight and the odds are at a pick'em. Barberena is the new young buck compared to the vet in Brown. Brown has been in the game for a long time and coming off a huge knockout victory. Brown has worked on the grappling and has all the striking ability in the cage. Barberena has looked good but the resume is interesting to me. Barberena is a grappler and has the heart to stay in the cage fighting. The takedown defense does scare me and the cardio is iffy. I like Brown overall to resurge his career much more and love his upside including the reach advantage.

Aleksei Oleinik VS Ilir Latifi- The vet is still in the game and here we go! We all know Oleinik has the submission game to win any match in the game with his certified submission game. Latifi is a undersized fighter in the heavyweight game. Oleinik is on a three losses streak, two out of the three losses are coming off of knockouts, the chin game is on the downfall. I do like Latifi based on the knockout power despite the cardio.

Jennifer Maia VS Manon Fiorot- Female fight! The vet verses the prospect in this fight. Fiorot is in a prove matchup and looking to make a name for herself. The striking is amazing from Fiorot and carries knockout power. Fiorot looked great last fight and this is a bigger step up. Maia has great wrestling and submission game in her fights, she looks good early in fights but descends in later rounds. I am loving Fiorot to handle business in this fight.

Neil Magny VS Max Griffin- Good fight overall. The odds are heavily in Magny's corner. Magny is working his way up in the division pushing for the championship. If Griffin can get this huge name win, will push him up a ton. I love this fight overall in that aspect on who can get the bigger bump up. Griffin is facing his toughest opponent in Magny. Griffin is on a three fight win streak. Griffin has decent defense and has a good punch overall plus power in his hands. The takedown defense is on the come up for him also. Magny can wrestle and on the feet he has looked good. Magny has a overall complete game and has the reach advantage in this fight. I do like Magny in this fight to get the win based on his overall game.

Marc Diakiese VS Viacheslav Borshchev- Interesting fight by far. Borshchev looked great last fight getting the win with his knockout power plus kickboxing. Diakiese is coming off a loss and has striking but it is not like Borshchev's striking. Diakiese has loopy striking which is scary to me but at the same time it has power. I am liking the game all around of Borshchev who should win this based on the striking aspect.

Sara McMann VS Karol Rosa- Female fight! McMann has been in the game for a long time and now 41 years old but has looked good. Rosa is a fighter that is a great prospect who is on the come up in the fight game. Rosa has great striking and looked good in that aspect. McMann has the wrestling advantage and has excellent ground game. I do like Rosa based on the age and the striking aspect. If McMann can get Rosa to the mat, then I do like McMann. I do think though Rosa can stuff the takedowns attempts and like Rosa overall.

Batgerel Danaa VS Chris Gutierrez- Interesting fight. Gutierrez is known for his striking involving his leg kicks that are quick and powerful. Gutierrez has not fought high level fighters and this is a step up fight for him. Danaa has huge hands that are powerful and coming off of three knockout victories. My only concern is Danaa is wild with his striking but has the power to clip Gutierrez. I do like Gutierrez to be compact and show volume, but Danaa is the better fighter to me who should win this.

David Dvořák VS Matheus Nicolau- Good fight overall in the Flyweight division. Dvorak is a good fighter and has looked great in the UFC making a name for himself. Dvorak has good names that he beat on his resume. Nicolau has been in the game for awhile and has not lost a step in his game either. Nicolau is a overall fighter who is good on the mat. This is a great fight that I can't say enough. I like Dvorak here to avoid the striking from Nicolau and Dvorak has the advantage on the feet. I am taking Dvorak here.

Aliaskhab Khizriev VS Denis Tiuliulin- Middleweight fight! Khizriev looked great on DWCS and has excellent grappling game who can take fighters down to the mat with ease. Tiuliulin is a good fighter who can hang in fights. Tiulilin does not have good wrestling defense or offense wrestling which scares me despite him being active on the feet. Khizriev should have the advantage which is what I like. I would not be surprised if Tiuliulin can hang in here but give me Khizriev to get a finish.

Luis Saldaña VS Bruno Souza- Featherweight striking fight! Saldana is a good striker and can have knockout power. My only concern is the cardio coming from Saldana and the takedown defense. The fight against Lingo, he got out powered by far. Souza has a good background in karate and looks good overall in that aspect. I really like Souza in this matchup based on the striking and advantage in the cardio game.
