Holly Holm vs. Mayra Bueno Silva
The main event! Holm is the favorite in this fight and both of these fighters are coming off wins. Holm is coming up in age but she is taking care of fights. Holm is a nice striker and very technical on the feet. Holm can work this fight any way she wants and be comfortable in the cage. Silva has powerful striking and has leg kicks while the grappling is okay. Holm can beat her in the grappling end. I can see Holm winning this fight in the submission end.
Albert Duraev vs. Junyong Park
The co-main event! Park is the slight favorite and both fighters are coming off of wins. Duraev has nice takedowns and has leg kicks also. Duraev will wrestle this whole fight. Park has great striking and has nice grappling. Park will try to work the cage in this fight. Park has nice takedown defense but I am liking Duraev to handle this fight.
Norma Dumont vs. Chelsea Chandler
This is a close fight overall. Chandler is coming off her UFC debut win. Dumont is coming off two wins. Dumont has great striking and she has volume for days. The defense is working for Dumont overall. Dumont is the slight favorite in this fight. Chandler has power in her striking that are explosive. The pace is there for Chandler and the grappling showed last fight for her. Chandler though can knockout Dumont based on the loss Dumont has three fights ago.
Ottman Azaitar vs. Francisco Prado
Azaitar is coming off a knockout loss. Azaitar has powerful striking and has leg kicks while he pushes the pace fast. Prado is coming off his UFC debut loss. Azaitar will try to land a ton of volume on the striking end. Prado has nice striking and also has leg kicks. This is going to be a striking affair all day. Prado can find the knockout punch and I am liking him here based on the performance Azaitar had last fight. The experience is there for Azaitar and volume but he will need to be careful. I do like Prado but Azaitar can win this also live depending on the grappling of Prado.
Terrance Mckinney vs. Nazim Sadykhov
Mckinney is an interesting fighter in the UFC. After making quick wins and being a fighter everyone has loved, Mckinney is now coming off of loss, win, and another loss. Sadykhov is coming off a DWCS win then a win in his UFC debut. Mckinney is quick on his feet and has powerful knockout power. The grappling has always been there for McKinney. Sadykhov is always pushing forward and has power. The chin is the worrisome part of this fight for Mckinney. Sadykhov can find the knockout in this fight and escape round one.
Tucker Lutz vs. Melsik Baghdasaryan
A fight that both fighters need to win while they are both coming off losses. Lutz is coming off two losses in a row while Melsik is coming off a loss. Lutz has nice striking and has power behind his punches. The grappling isn't bad at all and can shoot for takedowns. Melsik is fast paced and has better striking compared to Lutz. The leg kicks are in his tool belt for Melsik. The grappling is what Lutz has to worry about. Melsik will be out for Lutz's head if there is ground and pound in this fight. This is a close fight overall and I am liking Melsik.
Viktoriia Dudakova vs. Istela Nunes
Talk about a fighter that is needing a win! Nunes is coming off three losses in a row. Dudakova is coming off a DWCS win and making her UFC debut on this card. Dudakova is the massive favorite in this fight. Dudakova has striking and grappling, a very well rounded fighter. Nunes is going to have issues with her defense. I am liking Dudakova by a mile.
Austin Lingo vs. Melquizael Costa
Costa is coming in as the slight favorite in this fight. Both of these fighters are coming off of rear naked choke submission losses. It was a short-notice fight for Costa though. Lingo has striking and power and that is his main weapon. Lingo is tough on the defensive end. Costa with his striking is worrisome and not powerful. Lingo should be able to win this fight with the boxing skills that he brings to the table.
Evan Elder vs. Genaro Valdez
Both of these fighters are coming off two losses in a row. Elder is the big favorite in this fight. Elder has takedown offense and kicks in his striking arsenal. Elder can control the cage and has power also. Valdez has good striking and is wild on the feet. This is going to be a striking fight to be honest. I do like Elder to handle this fight to defend the wild striking.
Tyson Nam vs. Azat Maksum
Nam is coming off a loss and Azat is the massive favorite in this fight. Azat is making his UFC debut and has nice wins in his collections. Nam has powerful knockout power in his hands. The chin is not great for Nam and that isn't going to work. Nam is only getting older and has taken a ton of damage recently. Azat has nice hands and can takedown Nam for days. Azat is the better fighter lights out in this fight.
Alex Munoz vs. Carl Deaton
Munoz is the slight favorite and is coming off two losses. Deaton is coming off a submission loss in his UFC debut. The two losses were two years ago for Munoz after tearing his ACL. Munoz has takedown offense but the defense is questionable. The ACL is also something to worry about for Munoz. Deaton has a nice pace on the feet but the wrestling works for him. I like Munoz despite the layoff and a full camp plus study plan will work in his favor.
Ashlee Evans-Smith vs. Ailin Perez
Perez is the slight favorite after coming off a loss in her UFC debut. Smith is coming off two losses. Smith has only fought two times in four years while the last fight was two years ago. Smith is coming off a USADA suspension where she was laid off. Smith is tough on the feet and is okay in the grappling. The layoff is worrisome but she has fought great fighters. Perez is mainly a grappler and the striking is okay. This is an interesting fight based on styles and the layoff for Smith. I like Perez by a hair based on the unknown of Smith.
