UFC Paris: Gane vs. Spivac Breakdown

Zarah Fairn vs. Jacqueline Cavalcanti

Cavalcanti will be the huge favorite in this fight while making her UFC debut. Fairn is on a 3 fight-losing streak. Fairn is the older fighter and has decent striking. Cavalcanti is quick on the feet and can push the pace with her striking.

Farid Basharat vs. Kleydson Rodrigues

A decent fight overall. Basharat is coming off a win and is undefeated in his MMA career. Kleydson is coming off a win as well. Basharat is good at wrestling compared to the striking. Rodrigues has leg kicks and the striking isn't the greatest though. This fight is close but I am leaning toward Basharat.

Morgan Charriere vs. Manolo Zecchini

Both of these fighters will be making their UFC debut. Morgan is coming from Cage Warriors with the last two fights as knockout wins. Zecchini is quick on the feet and has huge power. This will be a battle on the feet based on the power between these fighters. Morgan should win this fight based on the cardio and better skill set on the striking.

Ange Loosa vs. Rhys McKee

Welterweight fight where McKee had a rough stint in the UFC and trying to make his comeback in the UFC. Loosa is 1-1 coming off a win in the UFC. Loosa has a nice defense, leg kicks, and powerful striking with the volume. McKee is okay on the striking end but nothing is outstanding to me with him. Loosa can easily beat McKee in the wrestling aspect.

Nora Cornolle vs. Joselyne Edwards

Edwards is coming off a 3 fight win streak in the UFC while Nora is making her UFC debut. Cornolle is overall a good fighter and is always looking for a finish. Edwards has leg kicks for days and nice striking. Cornolle can win this fight pushing the pace and shooting for takedowns the whole fight.

Volkan Oezdemir vs. Bogdan Guskov

Light Heavyweight fight! Volkan is coming off the loss and is the slight favorite. Bogdan is making his UFC debut. Volkan is a much more experienced fighter with massive power and volume for days. Volkan has fought the best of the best fighters. Bogdan likes to push the pace and is quick on the feet. Volkan can handle business in this fight.

Yanis Ghemmouri vs. Caolan Loughran

Bantamweight fight! Both of these fighters are going to make their UFC debut. Yanis is a heavy-set striker and has nice leg kicks. Yanis is a patient fighter and looks for his shot to end a fight. Loughran works his power skill set in the cage. Yanis can win this fight, but it is a close, long, drawn-out fight.

Benoit Saint-Denis vs. Thiago Moises

A banger of a fight! Denis is on a three-fight win streak while Moises is on a two-fight win streak. Denis is the slight favorite. Denis is a great wrestler and shoots for a submission finish. Moises has leg kicks for days and likes to shoot for the submission win. I am liking Denis though to get the better of Moises on the ground. Denis is simply the better fighter in all formats.

William Gomis vs. Lucas Almeida

A featherweight fight! Gomis is on a two-fight win steak while Almeida is coming off a win. Gomis is good on the feet and wrestling works for his style. Almeida is nice on the feet and will push the pace with his striking to look for a finish. I do like Gomis to win this fight.

Manon Fiorot vs. Rose Namajunas

The co-main event! Fiorot is making a name for herself and is on a massive winning streak. Rose has not fought in a year and is coming off a loss in which now she is a new weight class. Fiorot is nasty on the feet and can takedown any fighter at will. Fiorot should get the better of Rose in any format in this fight.

Ciryl Gane vs. Serghei Spivac

The main event! Heavyweight fight! Gane is coming off a loss to Jon Jones while Spivac is a on three-fight winning streak. Gane is the favorite in this fight. Gane is a striker who has hands of steel. The wrestling defense is the worrisome part for Gane. Spivac is going to have to shoot for the wrestling nonstop.
