UFC Paris Salahdine Parnasse vs Dan Hooker Fight Picks!

Off to Paris we go! Interesting card!

The fight breakdown is below. The fighter I have to win is in bold.

Delphine Benouaich vs Sofia Montenegro- Delphine Benouaich is from The Ultimate Fighter! She lost in the semifinals of the competition. Delphine Benouaich will push the pace and is always looking for the knockout. Sofia Montenegro is fun to watch. She is nice on the feet, but her recent loss isn’t great. This should be a back-and-forth fight. I lean towards Benouaich.

Luis Felipe Dias vs Matthieu Duclos- This is not a bad fight at all. Matthieu Duclos is coming from DWCS. The striking is nice for him and has upside on the feet. Luis Felipe Dias looked great in his past win. The gas tank is questionable for Luis Felipe Dias. The power is good for him. On the other hand, Matthieu Duclos can bounce back with the power punch. I am leaning towards Matthieu Duclos to win this fight.

Nora Cornolle vs Klaudia Sygula- This is a gross fight. Nora Cornolle is the favorite. Klaudia Sygula on her feet is okay, but on the ground she is awful. Nora Cornolle should shoot for takedowns, but she is mainly a striker. I trust Sygula slightly more.

Fabia Sintes vs Michael Aljarouj- Both fighters are making their UFC debut. Fabia Sintes is all over the place on the feet. The power is there, but it’s very worrisome when it happens. Michael Aljarouj has power in his striking. This will be a battle on the feet. I think Aljarouj can win this fight.

Oumar Sy vs Modestas Bukauskas- Interesting fight. Oumar Sy is super hard to trust in his fights. The fight IQ is questionable with him. Modestas Bukauskas is all over the place. I really don't know what to expect from Modestas Bukauskas. I think Sy will earn a decision.

Kurtis Campbell vs Trevor Peek- Fun fight! Trevor Peek is back! It has been a little bit since Trevor Peek has fought. On the feet, Trevor Peek was all over the place and would push the pace quickly. Kurtis Campbell got knocked out in his UFC debut. Other than finding the knockout quickly with the power from Trevor Peek, Kurtis Campbell should win this fight. I am not sure what Trevor Peek has to offer. Kurtis Campbell is the all-around better fighter. Will he be the first fighter to finish Trevor Peek?

Mario Pinto vs Ryan Spann- What to expect from this fight? That is the big question. Mario Pinto needs to push a pace against Ryan Spann. Mario Pinto is good on the feet and has knockout power. On the other hand, Ryan Spann has good power but is not trustworthy other than the knockout punch. He is coming off of two wins, though. Mario Pinto should be able to handle business if he leans into his fight game and finds the chin.

Losene Keita vs Muhammad Naimov- What a fight. Losena Keita's last fight was not good, to say the least. Losene Keita needs to get back to his normal fighting form despite his UFC debut. He didn’t look like his normal self. Muhammad Naimov is an interesting fighter. He is not a bad fighter. He will put up a fight, of course, but I think if Keita goes back to his normal self, this is his fight to win.

Morgan Charriere vs Felipe Lima- Interesting fight. Morgan Charriere has been inconsistent so far in the UFC. He is coming off a knockout loss, but his wins are knockouts as well. He pushed the pace quickly, but then his gas tank slowly dwindled. Felipe Lima is tough on the feet, and I like his grappling. We haven’t seen him in a little over a year. I have been back and forth on this fight. I lean to Lima slightly.

Nathaniel Wood vs Pavel Andrusca- This a newly added fight. The strength of schedule speaks for itself. I don’t see what Pavel Andrusca has to offer. Nathaniel Wood by any met

Punahele Soriano vs Daniil Donchenko- This will be a firework ready to explode. Punahele Soriano is very technical on the feet. He has a great win against Uros Medic. Daniil Donchenko is a cannon, and he will push the pace. The power is insane with his output. I am loving Daniil Donchenko here, and he can find the knockout. I know Punahele Soriano is durable, but I expect the knockout.

Michael Page vs Nursulton Ruziboev- I like this fight a ton. Michael Page is technical on the feet and likes to pick his punches. He picks and chooses what he likes to do on the feet. Nursulton Ruziboev is coming off of three wins in a row. He is a fun fighter to watch. Michael Page needs to slow down this fight and make it his fight. This is also a Michael Page contract fight. I am liking Michael Page in this fight.

Fares Ziam vs Axel Sola- The Co-Main Event! The Frenchmen. Axel Sola is coming off a good win, and he is tough on the feet. He just fought not too long ago. Fares Ziam is coming off a loss, and it was a weird loss for him. He looked great before that last fight. This is a weird but fun fight to figure out. I don’t know what to make of Fares Ziam. I am Axel Sola here.

Salahdine Parnasse vs Dan Hooker- The Main Event! Dan Hooker is coming off of two losses. Salahdine Parnasse is making his UFC debut in his home country, and the time is now. Salahdine Parnasse is the heavy favorite, and he is experienced outside of the UFC. His striking is nice, and his grappling is excellent for him. Salahdine Parnasse is an all-around fantastic fighter. Dan Hooker is a nice veteran test for Salahdine Parnasse.
