UFC Vegas 106 DraftKings Core Plays

We have a UFC card this weekend and well...it is not the greatest to say the least. A UFC card though is better than nothing! Here are my three core plays for this weekend!

Sodiqq Yusuff at $7,900

I know the injuries are scary for Yusuff. This week we are starving for value on this slate and we may have found one of our guys. Yusuff is taking on the new comer on this card and I am simply taking the veteran here. He is the cheaper fighter in this fight and underdog compared to Mairon Santos. Yusuff will have to push the volume and stay on the feet in this bout. Yusuff will need to avoid the knockout power from Santos. I am liking Yusuff to weather the storm.

Gabe Green at $7,600

I am going with another value pick for this week that a lot of people may have forgotten about. Gabe Green has been out of the game for a little bit and is coming off a layoff. Green is back in action and fighting Matheus Camilo who is coming from DWCS while making his UFC debut. Green has fought the best of the best in his recent fights with the likes of Ian Garry and Bryan Battle. The losses have aged well. Green will be the bigger fighter in this fight and the veteran. Green will have to find the submission win due to Camilo having two submission losses on his record. The layoff will be interesting for Green but he is value I am looking at in my lineups a ton.

Denise Gomes at $9,500

I am picking between Denise Gomes and Michael Morales up at the top of the salary price rang. Morales is $200 more and yes I think he can get a knockout but when can he in the fight? Gomes I can see getting the knockout in round one pretty quick with high scoring upside. I am hoping for the quick win bonus to say the least. Gomes is fighting Elise Reed who is not on her level at all. Gomes has the power advantage and can win this on the feet. I wouldn't count out the submission game as well where Gomes is looking for her first submission game. Gomes by a landslide!
